Event Details

The National Fund for the U.S. Botanic Garden is throwing a Harvest Party to celebrate "Thrive! From the Ground Up!" - USBG's garden terrace exhibit that highlights the important role of plants in our daily lives.  The event will feature culinary demonstrations by renowned guest chefs and a food buffet from leading DC area restaurants.  A mixologist will be on hand brewing up cocktails with fresh herbs from the garden in addition to a Beer Master providing a wide range of beers for sampling.  For those with a sweet tooth, we'll have some of DC's best pastry chefs on hand whipping up delicious desserts.

Guests can freely roam through the 3-acre outdoor Natoinal Garden where they'll find a Rose Garden, First Ladies Water Garden, Butterfly Garden and a habitat dedicated to mid-Atlantic native plants.

Enjoy an evening of fun, food and drinks as you explore the splendor of our nation's gardens located at the foot of the Capitol!
